Anxiety Disorders
Question: Illustrate how it works? Answer: Anxiety disorder is a type of mental illness that can give rise to excessive distress. As Fusar-Poli et al. (2014) stated that, it interferes with the ability of people to lead normal life. There are mainly four examples of anxiety disorders can be found. They are such as panic disorder, specific phobias, and social anxiety disorders and generalized anxiety disorder. As Cuijpers et al. (2014) mentioned that, symptoms of panic disorder are like mental panic, muscle tension, dizziness, nausea and heart palpitation.
